50% Iberian Breed Acorn-fed Ham. Red Brida. Piece cut in V shape. Aging for more than 36 months. Color ranging from pink to purple in lean meat and shiny in fat. Delicate taste, not very salty, with a pleasant characteristic aroma. Homogeneous texture and not very fibrous. Certified product with Certicality RD-04/2014. Consume at room temperature between 22º and 24º. The animal's diet, after weaning, mainly consists of cereal feed (wheat, barley, corn, soy). Once the minimum growth time is met, it is slaughtered.
