This lot is composed of the following:
- 100% Iberian acorn-fed premium Ibérico ham made with pigs fed on acorns during the montanera and with a curing period of about 36 months
- Approximately 300 grams of cured sheep cheese made from raw milk
- Approximately 500-600 grams of acorn-fed Iberian salchichón
- Approximately 500-600 grams of acorn-fed Iberian chorizo
- Gift ham holder box
Optional:
- Approximately 700 grams of 50% Iberian acorn-fed loin
- Selection of larger cheese, half cheese, or whole sheep cheese made from raw milk.
