RECOMMENDATIONS:
To preserve the characteristics of your ham for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home, take it out of the vacuum packaging and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

WEIGHT:
Whole pieces weigh between 7 kg and 10 kg, which are deboned in various parts. The order includes the knuckle and the remains of the deboning for full utilization.
