The 50% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham is a delicious delicacy with a very characteristic intense flavor that is provided by the feed of our Iberian pigs.

Selected 50% Iberian breed pigs, one by one, to achieve the best quality.

Its unique flavor, smell, and texture are a result of the salt action and a drying and maturing process of 24 to 30 months, of which 3 have been spent in our drying rooms.

Consumed in moderation and accompanied by a balanced diet and daily physical exercise, Acorn-fed Ham is a perfect complement for your daily life.

STORAGE AND EXPIRY:

Place it in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.

Best before: 24 months.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

To preserve the characteristics of your ham for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home, take it out of the cotton cover we send it in and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

Save the first cut to use as a cover and prevent it from drying out.

In a cardboard box with the product wrapped in a cloth cover.
