Iberian Gomecilla, also known as Manto or Mantillo, made with selected Iberian meat cuts (Iberian pork brisket), with natural ingredients and a slow and natural curing process. Its traditional elaboration, with the excellent native paprika from Candeleda, gives it a delicate and smooth flavour, very pleasant to the palate.
