Selection of Carrasco ibéricos and two bottles of Ribeira Sacra.

• 1 pc. of Iberian acorn-fed salami 1/2 piece 600 g. Made from the best pieces of pure-bred Iberian pigs raised outdoors in the Salamanca pasture.
• 1 pc. of Iberian acorn-fed chorizo 1/2 piece 600 g. With a mild and intense aroma and exquisite flavor. Very juicy with no greasy sensation.
• 1 pc. of Iberian acorn-fed pork loin 1/2 piece 500 g. Smoked in charcoal and wood fireplaces and cured in natural drying sheds. Intense and sweet flavor, fresh tones with a perfect combination of juiciness and tenderness.
• 2 pcs of Lalama. Red wine made on the Domino Do Bibei property in the Ribeira Sacra with red Mencía, Brancellao and Garnacha tintorera grapes. Mineral, balsamic nose with vegetal and terroir notes. On the palate fruity, full-bodied with lively acidity and elegant wood.
