Fermentation at 26ºC with three daily pigeages - working with pigeage allows for a more harmonious extraction of tannins. Subsequent aging for 6 months in 300-liter central European oak barrels.
Its name refers to the road that accompanies the vineyards of Mas Gabrielet.
Garnet color with ruby brightness, it exhibits a wide aromatic palette with nuances of black fruit, dried herbs, and balsamic accents that refer us to Terra Alta. With a prodigious balance between volume and freshness, it refreshes and fills its passage through the mouth.
