Suggested description based on number of people.

6 to 10 people (950g minimum):

• 1/4 Brillat truffle (125g)
• 1 Selle sur Cher fermier PDO (180g)
• 1 portion of Saint Nectaire fermier AOP (200g)
• 1 serving of artisanal PDO Roquefort cheese (150g)
• 1 serving of Comté vieux AOP (150g)
• 1 serving of Munster fermier AOP (180g)

12 to 16 people (1400g minimum):

• 1/2 Brillat truffle (250g)
• 1 Sainte Maure de Touraine PDO farm log (250g)
• 1 portion of Saint Nectaire fermier AOP (300g)
• 1 serving of artisanal PDO Roquefort cheese (200g)
• 1 serving of Comté vieux AOP (250g)
• 1 serving of Munster fermier AOP (180g)

The drive order contains the cheeses, tray, labels.

To make the tasting experience the best possible take your tray out of the refrigerator before tasting.

One golden rule for tasting: start with the mildest cheese and work your way up in flavor.
