Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc

The winter of 2020-2021 had a warm character, with an average temperature about one degree above the historical average. A cold episode stood out during the first half of January with the arrival of the storm Filomena, which left us with a heavy snowfall and temperatures of -17ºC. The winter was humid and the spring very irregular, with March and April being very dry and warm months, and the end of spring and the beginning of summer having weak but repetitive rainfall, which forced us to take extreme care. Finally, the year ended with a precipitation of 450 mm, slightly above normal. The Sauvignon harvest began on September 3rd and ended on September 7th, just when the Verdejo harvest began.
