Nutritional supplement based on melatonin and vitamin B6, for a restful sleep
With age there is a reduction in the release of melatonin. Melatonin is indicated in sleep-wake circadian rhythm disturbances, mood disturbances and as an aid to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The formula is reinforced with vitamin B6, which intervenes in the transformation of tryptophan into serotonin and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

How to use
Sleep: Take 1/2 to 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime, preferably always at the same time. Allow to melt in the mouth.

Travel: On the first day of travel take 1/2 to 1 tablet sublingually in the evening before bedtime. Repeat the intake for several nights.

WARNINGS
Contains sweeteners, excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
It is not recommended to take melatonin with drugs such as fluvoxamine (antidepressant). Likewise, caution is recommended in patients who are taking 5- or 8-methoxypsoralen (for vitiligo), contraceptive hormones or replacement estrogens, as they may increase the concentration of melatonin by inhibiting its metabolism.
Melatonin may potentiate the sedative properties of benzodiazepines and non-benzodiazepine hypnotics, so medical supervision is necessary when this association is made.
