Wine from our own vineyards cultivated ecologically, following the advice of the biodynamic calendar and respecting all biological processes. This philosophy allows nature to define the wine we will obtain, leaving the hand of man in the background. Once this grape reaches our hands, it still undergoes several processes. Fermentation of the must in oak barrels, batonnage, a 2-year aging,... until obtaining a white Grenache that shows the most natural evolution of wine with all the essence of the Mediterranean.
In the mouth, it is a powerful, creamy and full-bodied wine. Flavors of flowers, soft and persistent citrus. Notes of licorice.
Fruity on the nose with citrus notes that make it refreshing, as well as hints of herbs and vegetables typical of Mediterranean areas.
