They adapt very well to the grill although as we have said before, they are delicious on the barbecue. We can accompany the portion of some vegetables such as peppers or mushrooms, thus resembling skewers. An ideal dish to accompany would be some potatoes, boiled or fried, very typical delicacy of Galician gastronomy
