The artisanal cookie factory Lou Cocal is located in the Dordogne and more precisely in Sarlat, the capital of the Périgord Noir. Created in 1996, Lou Cocal means "the nut" in Occitan. Its cakes and cookies are made from 100% local products such as walnuts, honey, flour, chestnuts or even eggs. This results in delicious products based on traditional recipes used in the past in the farms of the Périgord.
