It is a monoblend blend bottled by Boon Brewery. A monoblend blend is an old Geuze in which 90% of aged Lambic is used from the same oak barrel. A little young lambic is added to this blend for fermentation in the bottle, giving it brightness, flexibility, and complexity.
By using a single barrel of lambic, the character of that particular barrel is reflected. Therefore, the reference to the number in the beer's name - for example VAT 108 (barrel number). Depending on how long the Lambic has matured in oak barrels and the time the VAT has fermented in the bottle, the taste of the beer will be uniquely affected. The storage advice is in a dark place at a temperature, preferably 16ºC, and as constant as possible.
