Sea buckthorn oil is useful in various disorders of the epithelium. It is rich in omega 7, linolenic (omega 3), linoleic (omega 6) and oleic (omega 9) acids, and in natural antioxidants (tocopherols and tocotrienols), which together provide a more beneficial function for the mucous membranes and skin.
