Traditionally a plant with universal properties (used for almost everything). Digestive, hepatoprotective, carminative. Expectorant and antiseptic for the respiratory tract. Emenagogue.
For external use: vulnerary (antiseptic, antifungal, and healing) and relaxing.
Recommended method of use for infusions:
Pour the contents of a tablespoon into boiling water and remove from heat. Cover the container and let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes. If they are roots, barks, or seeds, simmer for 2 to 4 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.
