Low in fat, gluten-free, and high in fiber: coconut flour enters the conscious and healthy kitchen and enriches it with a nutty flavor and excellent digestible properties. It is particularly good for digestibility because coconut flour does not contain gluten or cholesterol, but it does contain a lot of fiber: 42% and approximately 19% protein.
