The Aguardiente de Orujo de Galicia Pazo de Valdomiño is made with the highest quality bagasse from our distillery. It is the first to be distilled and the richest in floral and fruity nuances while the most elegant and glyceric in its passage through the mouth.
All this is the result of its triple distillation through an advanced system of Arrastre de Vapor and its rest for 1 year in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
It is usually consumed as a digestive after meals and with "drops" in coffee.
It is enjoyed at room temperature, cold or very cold according to the consumer's taste.
