Pacharán Baines is a liquor produced almost exclusively in Navarre, where it is a traditional and very popular digestive drink since medieval times. Made by macerating wild-grown Sloe fruits with anise, using the same artisanal and traditional methods since its beginnings.
The maceration is done in 500-liter oak barrels for at least three months. The result is an intensely ruby-colored liquor. Fresh and slightly aniseed fruity nose. Silky and unctuous texture, sweet and fruity.
