The 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder, machine-cut, has the characteristic of having very juicy meat, a tender texture, and a very special flavor between sweet and salty that evokes the scents of the Salamanca meadows.
Coming from Iberian pigs raised freely in our meadows and fed with completely natural products, our shoulder is rich in fatty acids, necessary and beneficial for our health, and one of the essential products of the Mediterranean diet.

STORAGE AND EXPIRATION:
Place it in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.
The durability of the quality of our products is approximately 6 months following conservation advice. In very humid areas, it is reduced to 30 days.
