WHITE WINE ALBARIÑO PAZO PIÑEIRO
The white wine Albariño Pazo Piñeiro is made from grapes albariño 100%. It belongs to the D.O. Rías Baixas, within the subzone of Condado de Tea (Pontevedra). Made from grapes from the vineyards of Pazo de Piñeiro, on deep granite soils. With constant monitoring of the vineyards, it is harvested in 15 kilo boxes and manual selection of the grapes on the table.
With a cold maturation and alcoholic fermentation for 25 days at 14º, with aging on fine lees for ten months. It is clarified and cold stabilized, producing a limited edition of 7,000 bottles.
It has 95 points in the Peñín Guide 2013.
