Pazo Pondal Godello is 100% Godello wine, from 3,500 to 5,000 plants per hectare according to plots and orography. Microclimate marked by the Atlantic influence.
WINEWORK: Strict and meticulous selection of the grapes in the vineyard. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg. Heat treatment of the grapes during the priceso at a temperature of 5ºC. Manual selection table. Destemming and gentle pressing in an inert atmosphere. Static racking of the must for 24 hours and separate fermentation in 150 hl stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15ºC. 5 months in tank on fine lees applying the bâttonage technique.
TASTING NOTES: Bright straw colour, it presents an intense and fruity nose, with aromas of pear, citrus and white flowers. Very creamy, fresh and fruity in the mouth with mineral nuances and a very persistent finish
