NOC Syrah Rosé Wine
Being a full-bodied rosé, it leaves behind certain prejudices about rosé wines. A surprising wine that leaves no one indifferent. Mernat rosé wine is made with 100% Syrah variety from vineyards located in Los Yébenes with an area of 4.8ha. of gravel and clay soils at an altitude of 850m above sea level with slopes of 25%.
The harvest is done manually, carefully selecting the best clusters. Pre-fermentative cold maceration with subsequent alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation, it undergoes aging on its lees for 3 months.
Only 1800 bottles of Noc rosé wine Mernat are produced.
