Traditionally grown in the French Camargue. Once cooked, it presents a crunchy texture reminiscent of pine nuts. It withstands freezing and pasteurization while maintaining an optimal condition.
Recommended as a side dish or in salads. Leave to soak for a few hours before cooking. Cooking time approx. 30 min.
