Red Wine Barcolobo La Rinconada
The Red Wine Barcolobo La Rinconada is a red wine of Denomination of Origin V.T Castilla y León, made from Tempranillo grapes, from vineyards located next to the Duero River in the municipality of Castronuño (Valladolid) in sandy loam soil, with rolling on the surface. The grapes are harvested in 15kg boxes, selected in the vineyard and later in the winery.
Making
Fermented for 17 days with indigenous yeast at a temperature of 22ºC with controlled peaks of 30ºC at certain times. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months with three rackings. Very fine oak grain and medium toast.
This wine has an alcohol content of 13.5% vol.
