Bodegas Lar de Paula, presents to us the Lar de Paula Carbonic Maceration Red Wine from the D.O.Ca Rioja (Spain), made from 100% Tempranillo grapes and following the traditional winemaking system with whole grapes from the Rioja Alavesa subzone, known as "Carbonic Maceration".

The grapes come from Elvillar, Kripán, and Lapuebla de Labarca. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 32,000 kg of grapes for 12 days, with pumping over every 8 hours to extract fresh aromas of strawberry, pear, and banana.

Temperature control during fermentation ranges from 18°C to a final temperature of 27°C.
