A very special wine, created on a whim by selecting exclusively the top of certain French oak barrels.
Its long passage through the bottle, gives it a mature and surprising personality. A wine that does not leave indifferent.
This red wine D.O. Toro, faithfully reflects the history of the grape that, for him, was selected from the vine.
This wine is perfectly suited to smoked dishes and all those prepared with game, without forgetting our Iberian derivatives.
In view, the colors of nature are captured, as if it were a canvas, in an intense and luminous cherry on a very covered background, with flashes of vermilion in its thin layer.
The nose transports us to the world of multiple sensations, given its great complexity. In a lively and clear way the aromas of the balsamic series are perceived, intermingling with memories of juniper resin and medicinal notes, such as candied ginger root gratings. But what is most surprising is the still lively presence of a grape intimately linked to the tertiary series, contributing notes of blackberry and black plum.
The nose is completed by a voluminous mouth on the whole, with intertwined presence of grape tannins and wood resin tannins, producing a slow and tasty passage over the mouth.
