Green Canary Island Bananas. Bananas, like most tropical fruits, ripen best at room temperature. In summer, with higher temperature it can ripen in a couple of days and in winter in 4 or 5 days at indoor temperature. That is why we offer bananas with two different degrees of ripening, green banana and yellow banana. The green banana has the advantage that you decide at what point of maturation you eat it, leaving one or several days after it arrives at your home

Canary Island banana, firm and yellow flesh, tastier than other bananas and with a higher content in fiber, potassium and vitamins. Due to the location and climate of the land where they are produced, they have characteristics and mineral contents that place them at the top in flavor and nutritional properties. We pick the best bananas in the Canarian valleys at the right point of ripening so that they finally finish ripening during transport to your home
