ROMESCO SAUCE 130 grams. Romesco sauce is a traditional Catalan sauce made with the following list of ingredients: fresh tomato, nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), sunflower oil, wine vinegar, sweet and spicy paprika (although it is not spicy at all), garlic, and spices, and salt. We also add xanthan gum as a thickener.
WE RECOMMEND consuming it as an accompaniment to grilled or grilled white fish, sautéed vegetables, or grilled vegetables, just as it is done in Catalonia.
To make this romesco sauce, we use a high percentage of nuts, which gives it a special creaminess and flavor, differentiating it from other tomato sauces. It DOES NOT contain GLUTEN.

Once opened, store in refrigeration at 2 to 5ºC for a maximum of 10 days.
