Appearance: Ron Matusalem Solera 23 years has a deep amber color with coppery orange iridescence. Very attractive and appetizing.
Nose: Nutty aromas stand out over pastry notes. Fresh honey sensation with hints of magnolia and almond blossom. Caramelized sugar and toffee background along with mango intertwined with fine, exotic woods and cedar; accompanied by a touch of white chocolate and almonds.
Palate: It is very fine, elegant, and creamy. Licorice background over tones of toasted almonds/hazelnuts. Very complex, transitioning from fresh sensations to dried fruits and becoming very sophisticated, with a final touch reminiscent of sherry.
