Samuel Smith Organic Apricot is the combination of a beer previously brewed in the cellar and with the addition of fresh juice from organic apricots. Therefore, unlike Belgian lambics, this beer can be classified as a fruit beer.
Samuel Smith is the only brewer that still uses the Yorkshire slate fermentation method.

English organic beer, 5.1% alcohol content, made from organic apricots. It has a blonde color with a soft and fluffy foam. The aromas are fresh apricot with hints of wheat. The fruit used dominates the flavor with a mild and pleasant sweetness and a fleeting finish. It is ideal as an appetizer for hot summer days.
