Aromas of red currants, blackcurrants and blackcurrant juice
Aromas of currants, black plum and grape. The yeast is evident as well as the acidity of the lambic.
Balanced taste, sweet and sour with the presence of pale malts. The note of acidity is detected on the tongue evolving towards a bready taste, resulting in a delicious blend with a surprisingly clean finish.
