Amber color with creamy foam and small bubbles. Instantly the aroma of roasted malt is appreciated. Spices such as pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon are present with a hint of spiciness.
The malt is malty and spicy
The malt is more evident on the palate, bringing finesse and a delicious balanced sweet caramel flavour, balancing to a warm bitter spice finish and sparkling with fruity notes thanks to fermentation in open Yorkshire stone tanks.
