The first gluten-free beer from Ávila. We present you the version of our blonde beer, for the first time gluten-free. The bread we add brings a certain creaminess to the beer and consistency to the foam. It is the first beer made for celiacs that contains a part of fresh bread and just the right touch of hops so that you enjoy drinking it as much as we do making it. Light malty flavor and aromas of freshly baked bread
Contains barley malt (barley malt) and wheat (wheat bread: water, wheat flour, salt and yeast) which have been transformed by natural enzymes in the fermentation phase to obtain a beer with less than 20 mg/kg of gluten, BREWED SPECIFICALLY FOR GLUTEN INTOLERANTS.
