Born in 1965 and from a family of farmers, Alain Milliat created and operated an orchard of fruit trees in Orliénas (Lyon countryside) for fifteen years. He specializes in the production of "zero defect" cherries for his Parisian customers. Subsequently, in 1998, he made several fruit nectars, including vine peach nectar, immediately acquired by the sommeliers of Relais et Châteaux.
