Fleshy piquillo pepper stuffed with a mixture made of shredded, desalted and confit cod along with a smooth farmhouse milk bechamel. It is coated with a thin layer of artisan breadcrumbs, giving it a crispy touch.
Tasting: Remove the product from the packaging and fry without defrosting in very hot oil at 175ºC for 6 minutes and 30 seconds, without overloading the fryer/pan. Let it rest for 2 minutes so that the heat enters well.
