We present to you one of the most appetizing wines for any snack that completes the Bobal trilogy from the Valencian winery Vicente Gandía.
This unique wine is made from carefully selected grapes from Vicente Gandía's exclusive vineyards, harvested by hand in small 10 kg boxes. To preserve its quality, the grapes are placed in special refrigeration chambers, where they reach a uniform temperature before being transferred to the press. Here, a delicate pressing is applied, achieving an extraordinarily concentrated flower must. This must is a true treasure, as only a 30% yield is extracted from the grapes.
The flower must is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where its temperature is controlled and it ferments slowly to preserve all the primary aromas of the grape. During the fermentation process, daily monitoring is carried out, and once finished, the wine is cooled, racked with its fine lees, stabilized, filtered, and finally bottled and labeled by hand to ensure a craft finish.

It has a delicate pale pink color with subtle salmon tones, clean and bright. On the nose, aromas of ripe strawberries stand out, interwoven with notes of apple, citrus touches, and a subtle floral finish, creating a captivating intensity. When tasted, it fills the palate with a perfect balance between its natural sweetness and a refreshing acidity, making it luscious, elegant, and with a memorable persistence.
