The Sweet Wine Viña 25 is a pleasure for the senses. Made from sun-dried grapes of the Pedro Ximenez variety, this wine from the Jerez-Xeres-Sherry Designation of Origin is made using the traditional system of soleras and criaderas. It undergoes an aging process of 8 years in American oak casks, which gives it truly special characteristics.
Its producing winery is the renowned Lustau winery in Jerez, in collaboration with the Caballero Group.
This aromatic sweet wine is recommended to be served at a temperature of 10 to 12 degrees, and pairs well with blue cheese, foie gras, chocolates, and pastries.
