Tasting notes
An oil with a strong personality. The nose highlights a HIGH green fruity profile, both herbaceous (freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs) and fruity (tomato plant and green almond), VERY PRONOUNCED BANANA AND FRUIT PUREE. On the palate we highlight artichoke, olive leaf, nuts and an intense green walnut flavor. A very balanced oil with exquisite complexity.
