Vanille's torrijas are not the typical torrijas, they are made with a base of roscón de Reyes - pan brioche Vanille with orange blossom water - soaked in fresh milk infused with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pods, lemon and orange. Soaked in Madrilenian Vermouth honey, and baked! Yes, you heard right, baked, so in addition to being delicious they are much healthier.

And most importantly!!! They do not have any preservatives or additives, but all the flavor.
