The Karmage SANT ANDREU is a vegan pumpkin cheese, semi-cured vegetable, artisanal, fermented, and organic. Gluten-free, raw, and healthy. It is a source of high-quality proteins, healthy fats, omega 3, 6, and 9, probiotics derived from fermentation, tryptophan, vitamin B1, and minerals such as copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, and selenium.
This semi-cured cheese includes poppy seeds among its ingredients. Rich in fiber, their consumption helps prevent constipation and regulate intestinal transit. The zinc, selenium, and essential fatty acids provided by poppy seeds help regulate and strengthen our body's defenses. In addition, the calcium and phosphorus in poppy seeds remineralize our bones, and the magnesium and potassium prevent cramps and muscle pains. The iron content, combined with vitamin C, makes poppy seeds a good aid in recovering from iron-deficient anemia.

Remove your semi-cured cheese from the packaging and store it inside your refrigerator in a container, plate, or its cardboard box. It is recommended to keep it uncovered (box open) so it can “breathe” and continue its curing process. This way, its flavor will be enhanced over time and it will become drier.
Also, to release its aromas, we recommend taking it out of the fridge 5 minutes before enjoying.
