INSTRUCTIONS The vegan Bolognese Eco from nuveg is a simple formulation of dehydrated vegetables (texturized and powdered) that, after hydrating and mixing, achieves a meat substitute with ideal flavor and texture to enjoy an extremely healthy meal, quickly and easily.
