Oleum Olé is a company based in Madrid that produces extra virgin olive oil using olives of the varieties Cornicabra and Manzanilla (Madrid), Monovarietal Picual (Jaén) and Coupage de Cornicabra, Picual and Arbequina (Toledo). All share the exceptional care with which the fruits are treated from which they are obtained from the field until the end of the production process.
In Oleum Olé you will find the classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil as well as many others flavored with ingredients such as oregano, basil, truffle, chilli, garlic and many more. This initiative was born from the passion of its founders around the world of high quality olive oil and for the promotion of its healthy properties in the gastronomic world.
