The White Wine Atlantis Txacolí from Vintae presents us with this White Wine from D.O Txacolí Getaria (Spain) made from the Hondarribi Zuri grape variety.
The White Wine Atlantis Txacolí comes from vineyards planted in difficult terrain due to its slopes. However, this is compensated by very good aeration and insolation of the plant.
Regarding the climate, that year the spring was cold and rainy, which meant being vigilant for fungal diseases. The summer months, on the other hand, were more favorable, resulting in grapes of excellent quality and good ripening. Good vintage for white wines from the Atlantic coast.
The harvest was done manually.
The White Wine Atlantis Txacolí comes from vineyards much more eastern than the Galician region, it is a wine that still has a marked oceanic influence. Its refreshing acidity with citrus aromas and floral notes help enhance all the flavors of the sea, so we recommend pairing it with some seafood, although if you don't have any at hand, you can always enjoy it on its own.
It has been destemmed and pressed. Must clarification and controlled fermentation at 13ºC. Subsequently, it rests between 10 and 12ºC and is filtered and bottled.
