Fusion of vineyards and native varieties, zalema and Muscat of Alexandria. Reflection of an eternal spring that keeps Doñana. Made with equal parts of muscatel and zalema. Each variety is vinified separately. It is worked to obtain a totally dry muscatel and the fermentation of the zalema is cut with cold to maintain the desired concentration of natural sugar.
