Born in 1965 and from a family of farmers, Alain Milliat created and operated for fifteen years an orchard of fruit trees in Orliénas (Lyon countryside). He specializes in the production of "zero defect" cherries for his Parisian customers. Then in 1998 he developed several fruit nectars, including vine peach nectar, immediately adopted by the sommeliers of Relais et Châteaux.
