Cheese Mena was born in 2017 as a family-owned and completely artisanal cheese factory, where cheeses are pampered and made one by one from the beginning to the end of the process. This allows us to guarantee a high quality.

Artisan matured cheese made with pasteurized Florida goat milk, enzymatic coagulation, pressed paste, refined submerged in sweet wine from 45 days until the moment of its optimal maturation and packaging, without additives or preservatives. Salted in brine.

TEXTURE AND COLOR:

In its exterior appearance, it has a cylindrical shape with a tender rind and burgundy color. Totally edible. In its interior, it has a closed paste with white eyes, very creamy and slightly elastic, becoming brittle in longer ripenings.

FLAVOR AND AROMAS:

Sweet smell and aroma, with a strong presence in the mouth. Balanced contrast between the acidity of the cheese and the sweetness of the wine, pairing perfectly.
