It is very unstable, therefore, we recommend consuming it quickly no more than a year as it spoils easily.

Obtained from olives from the region of the southern countryside of Monturque and Montilla, grown traditionally and through a cold first extraction process. With an acidity level of less than 0.2%, which makes it have a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits.
You can use it in stews and frying, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
