It is in this place where we find Urdet, born in 1989 as an extension of the family business Conserves Urdet that had a great generational experience with mushrooms and truffles in the area. Urdet SA specialised in the artisan production of preserves and the drying of wild mushrooms and truffles. It also has a long tradition in roasting peppers, aubergines and onions.
