The 50% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham boned is a delicious delicacy with a very characteristic intense flavor that is conferred by the feed of our Iberian pigs.
Selected 50% Iberian breed pigs, one by one, to achieve the best quality.
Its unique flavor, smell, and texture are given by the action of salt and a drying and maturation process of 24 to 30 months, of which, 3 have been spent in our drying rooms.
Consumed in moderation and accompanied by a balanced diet and daily physical exercise, Acorn-fed Ham is a perfect complement to your daily life.
STORAGE AND EXPIRY:
Place it in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.
Best before: 24 months.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
To preserve the characteristics of your ham for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home, remove it from the vacuum packaging in which we send it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

Whole pieces weigh between 7 kg and 10 kg which are boned into several parts. The order includes the knuckle and the remains of the boning for full utilization.
